Can I send a Moonling or candle as a gift?
Yes. Every order is thoughtfully packaged and can include a gift message at checkout. Prices are never included in gift parcels.
Are the Moss Moonlings and Wick & Wish candles eco-friendly?
We do our best to create intentionally and responsibly.
Moonlings are ethically sourced marimo and kept as contained, indoor companions.
Wick & Wish candles are hand-poured using clean-burning soy wax, phthalate-free fragrances, and candle-safe mica shimmer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped from Australia within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary by location, but most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Can you ship to Tasmania?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship Moss Moonlings to Tasmania. Marimo moss balls are classified as a restricted species there and are not permitted to be imported into the state.
If you live in Tasmania, you can still order our Wick & Wish manifesting candles and other non-living items — they’re safe, shippable, and full of light. ✨
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
If international shipping opens in the future, we’ll share the news via email.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are handmade and include living elements, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

What is a Moss Ball Pet?
A Moonling is a living marimo moss ball paired with crystals and intention, kept in a small glass jar as a calm, slow-growing companion.
Each one is alive, unique, and designed to support presence rather than perfection.
How do I care for my Moss Ball pet?
Not at all. Moonlings need:
💧Fresh water every 1–2 weeks
🌞 Bright, indirect light
❄️ Cool temperatures (15–24°C)
They grow slowly and don’t require daily care.
How long will my Moss Ball Pet live?
With simple care, Moonlings can live for decades — sometimes over 100 years.
They grow very slowly (around 5–10 mm per year), making them long-term, low-maintenance companions.
Can I take my moss ball pet out of the water?
Yes, you can gently take your moss ball pet out of the water for short periods when cleaning its jar or giving it a squeeze to remove old water. Always handle it with clean hands and return it to cool, fresh water afterward. Your Moonling will enjoy the occasional refresh but prefers to live submerged.
What kind of water should I use for my moss ball pet?
Use room-temperature tap water that’s been left out for 24 hours, or filtered water.
Avoid salt, soap, or aquarium chemicals.
What temperature does my moss ball like?
Moss ball pets prefer cooler water between 10°C and 25°C. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heaters or windows during warm weather.

What makes a candle a Manifesting Candle?
Wick & Wish candles are intention-infused soy candles designed as a gentle ritual for focus, grounding, and reflection.
Each one is hand-poured in Australia and finished with a crystal set at the base.
What makes them different from regular candles?
Each candle is created with intention from start to finish:
- Clean-burning soy wax
- Carefully chosen fragrance blends
- A crystal revealed slowly as the candle burns
They’re designed to invite presence, not rush.
Is there really a crystal inside the candle?
Yes. Each candle contains one tumbled crystal resting safely at the base of the wax.
Once revealed, it can be cleaned and kept as a personal intention token with the included keychain pouch.
How long do your candles burn?
100 ml: approx. 12–18 hours
200 ml: approx. 28–36 hours
For best results, burn 2–3 hours per session.
How strong is the scent?
Our scents are intentionally balanced — noticeable but not overpowering.
They’re designed to support quiet moments, not dominate a space.
