What are the shipping times
Orders ship in 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email when it’s on the way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order, but as our products are handmade and include living elements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Because our Moss Moonlings are living Marimo moss balls, they cannot be shipped outside of Australia due to biosecurity regulations.
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, with the exception of Tasmania, and every order is packaged with care to ensure your treasures arrive safely.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll share the news through our email newsletter and social channels. 🌙
Can you ship to Tasmania?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship Moss Moonlings to Tasmania. Marimo moss balls are classified as a restricted species there and are not permitted to be imported into the state.
If you live in Tasmania, you can still order our Wick & Wish manifesting candles and other non-living items — they’re safe, shippable, and full of light. ✨
